Patients who carry dental insurance are expected to take care of their fees prior to services being rendered.As long as we are provided with your correct insurance information we will print out an insurance claim form for you to file to your insurance carrier for a direct reimbursement.You are responsible for your account within the limits of our credit policy. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks, with insurance filing. Any questions or concerns regarding your claim will need to be handled by you, the subscriber, and your insurance carrier. This office cannot accept responsibility for negotiating a settlement or disputing a claim. For those who carry dental insurance of which we are providers a portion of your surgical fee will be expected at the time of your surgery. Any remaining balance with insurance portion, is your responsibility. Your prompt attention is appreciated. This office is fully licensed to provide various financing options.
